OxioHost offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting, reseller hosting, and WordPress hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day period from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
• SSL certificates
• Dedicated servers and VPS servers
• Custom development or add-on services
• Software licenses (such as cPanel, WHMCS, etc.)

These services are non-refundable once activated or registered due to third-party and licensing policies.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@oxiohost.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your hosting services at any time. If cancellation occurs after the 30-day refund window, no refund will be issued. However, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless you request immediate termination.

Abuse of Refund Policy

Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or involved in abuse of our systems may forfeit eligibility for a refund. OxioHost reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe our policy is being misused.
