Business Relationship

The business relationship between Oxio Host (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (referred to as “the client,” “you,” or “your”) is governed by these terms and conditions. The applicable law is that which was in effect at the time the contract was executed. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the parties.

Conflicting Terms

WAny terms or conditions proposed by the client that conflict with, contradict, or are inconsistent with these terms will not be considered part of the contract unless explicitly agreed upon by Oxio Host in writing. Oxio Host reserves the right to reject any such terms and will not be bound by them.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Oxio Host’s services, the client agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The client acknowledges that continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms. Any breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of services, which may occur with or without prior notice.

Usage Policy

Oxio Host provides hosting plans with defined resource allocations. Clients must adhere to the following policies to maintain service integrity and ensure fair usage for all users:

Resource Allocation and Misuse
  • Resource Limits: Each plan includes specific limits for bandwidth, storage, and processing power. Clients must stay within these limits. Excessive usage that impacts server performance or other clients may lead to extra charges, suspension, or account termination.
  • Non-Website Data Storage: Hosting storage is strictly for website-related files. Using it for general file storage, backups, or unrelated personal data is prohibited. Oxio Host reserves the right to remove such data or terminate the account without prior notice.
Spamming and Phishing
  • Prohibited Activities: Any involvement in spamming, phishing, malware distribution, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden. Offenders may face immediate suspension, account termination, and legal action where applicable.
  • Monitoring: Oxio Host may monitor accounts to ensure compliance. Any account found violating these policies may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Fair Usage
  • Fair Use Compliance: Clients must use services responsibly without affecting other users' experience. Abuse of resources or actions causing service disruption may result in service limits, additional fees, or account restrictions.

Server and Data Policies

Server Availability
  • Uptime Guarantee: Oxio Host guarantees a 99.9% uptime for its hosting services. In case of server crashes or technical issues, we aim to restore services promptly. Data restoration will be completed within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by external factors, such as natural disasters or third-party service failures.
Data Backup and Recovery
  • Automatic Backups: Oxio Host provides automatic backups for Web and BDIX hosting, retaining up to 3 days of data. Clients using cloud hosting must purchase Timeline Backup Pro to access on-demand backups. If no local backup exists, a one-time data recovery fee of 150 BDT applies for accidental deletions.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must maintain their own backups in addition to those provided by Oxio Host. The company is not responsible for data loss resulting from client-side errors or failure to maintain independent backups.
